Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

We value our customers and their privacy. Zarvice does not sell your personal information.

Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Zarvice ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use https://zarvice.com, https://app.zarvice.com, and our Client, Vendor, and Admin applications. The platform connects Michigan property owners and tenants with maintenance vendors through in-app requests, matching, messaging, and job tracking.

This policy covers information collected through our websites, mobile apps, support forms, and your interactions with the Zarvice platform. It does not apply to unrelated third-party sites linked from our services.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the platform, we may collect:

  • Identifiers and contact information — name, phone number, email, service address, city, ZIP code
  • Account and profile data — display name, photo, company name, bio, vendor specialty, services, coverage areas, license/insurance details you provide
  • Job and commercial information — maintenance descriptions, photos, budgets, job status, ratings and reviews
  • Communications — in-app messages and files you send through Zarvice
  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser or app type, pages viewed, log data, cookies and similar technologies
  • Location information — city or address you enter for a job; approximate location if you allow browser/device location for autofill
  • Authentication data — if you choose Google sign-in, we receive identity information permitted by your Google account settings

Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

How we use information

  • Operate job requests, vendor matching, assignments, chat, notifications, and account features
  • Communicate with you about jobs, security, and service updates
  • Improve, secure, and troubleshoot the platform
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms
  • Comply with law and respond to lawful requests
  • Send optional promotional messages where you have opted in; you may opt out anytime

Information sharing

We share information only as needed to run the service:

  • With vendors or clients involved in a job — for example, job details needed to quote or perform work; direct phone numbers stay private when in-app messaging is used
  • With infrastructure providers — hosting, storage, email, analytics, and security vendors under contractual safeguards
  • With authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security

We do not sell personal information. Certain analytics or advertising partners may receive limited online activity data; see “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing.

Cookies and online tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure performance, and improve the product. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if cookies are disabled.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We retain information as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations.

Your choices and privacy rights

  • Access, correct, or delete your data by contacting us or using in-app profile tools where available
  • California and certain other U.S. state residents may have additional rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing — see our Do Not Sell page
  • Email support@zarvice.com or privacy@zarvice.com to exercise rights; we may verify your identity
