Terms of Use

Welcome to Zarvice ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). "Zarvice" is a trade name (assumed name) used by Governance & Business Lab LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, pursuant to a Certificate of Assumed Name filed with the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to the Services operated by Zarvice. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Arbitration Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.

Zarvice is a technology platform that helps clients request home, auto, personal, and event services and connect with independent vendors. We do not perform the underlying field services ourselves and are not a general contractor, employer of vendors, or insurer of work performed. Vendors are independent service providers responsible for their own licenses, insurance, and workmanship.

• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your profile current
• You are responsible for activity under your phone number or account
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, or risk to users
• Test phone numbers (1–100) are for demonstration only

• Clients submit requests describing work needed; vendors may accept, chat, and complete jobs through the platform
• Pricing, scope, scheduling, and on-site work are agreed between client and vendor unless otherwise stated
• Cancelling a request updates job status but does not delete historical records needed for support and compliance
• Do not share personal contact details in messages when in-app communication is available

The Services, including software, logos, text, and design, are owned by Zarvice or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Services without written permission.

By uploading content (photos, messages, reviews), you grant us a license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the Services.

• No harassment, discrimination, illegal activity, or misleading listings
• No malware, spam, or attempts to bypass security or privacy controls
• No impersonation or unauthorized access to another user's account
• Respect intellectual property and privacy of others

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZARVICE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE, VENDOR AVAILABILITY, OR OUTCOMES OF ANY JOB.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZARVICE AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

You agree to defend and indemnify Zarvice against claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your work as a vendor or client off-platform that relates to a Zarvice job.

Disputes are subject to our Arbitration Agreement at /arbitration, incorporated by reference. These Terms are governed by Michigan law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law applies. Hearing location for arbitration is governed by that Arbitration Agreement and the applicable AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules (or other mutually agreed forum rules), not by an assumption that you reside in Michigan.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and, if necessary, modified or severed. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Material changes may be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Last revised: July 24, 2026.
